Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to.

Delivery time

Every robe is made after your order is placed. Making and delivering it might take up to 4 weeks in total. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is an optional extra ($20, free with the 3-robe bundle). Your order is made and shipped first, with a faster tracked service.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional extra ($5, free with the 2- and 3-robe bundles). If your package is lost or damaged in transit, or stolen after it was marked as delivered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Just email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Your legal rights apply whether or not you choose Shipping Protection.

Power Bank

The Power Bank (optional extra, free with the 3-robe bundle) is available for orders to the United States and EU countries only. Because it contains a battery, it ships in a separate parcel with its own tracking number and may arrive on a different day than your robe.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged when the package arrives. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer.

Your address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before your robe ships.

Late or missing orders

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks, email us at heatsnugstore@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
